Our story

Founded by a teacher who wanted to start earlier

Passionate about educating and empowering future generations, Alaa Osama Jalaby was originally an English teacher who had long believed in the importance of what children are taught at a younger age. Super Kidz was born of that belief — that healthy upbringings and creative outlets can give children the space to reach their utmost potential.

Cemented in the belief that all children have the ability and potential to be superheroes in their own right, Super Kidz continues to pursue innovation, creativity and entertainment through its teaching, as it aspires to fuel the next generation of inspired thinkers, learners and achievers.

What we are here to do

Our mission

To carefully cultivate a child-centric environment built on the pillars of impacting new generations and revolutionising education. We believe in every child's ability to step outside their comfort zone and explore different sides of their interests, passions and potential — the sides that could very well shape their entire future. Using focused and entertaining education, we partner with each parent to help their child pursue that potential through diverse approaches, positive discipline and consistent communication.

Our vision

A generation of action-driven everyday heroes who live to inspire change. We want to raise children who are inspired to lead the generations that follow them toward embracing the new and the unusual — and to have a blast while they are doing it. Every one of our nine stations, every routine and every lesson at Super Kidz is a step toward that.

Each child has their own strengths to be praised, not compared. We make sure to promote equal treatment and support among our children at all times.

Mental & physical support

We believe in food for thought and food for bodies. Every service and support function we provide aims to nurture our children's mental and physical development, presenting healthy and diverse options on both fronts.

A family environment

Parents tell us the difference they notice first is the feel of the place. Super Kidz is deliberately small enough that every member of staff knows every child.

Known by name. Children are greeted individually every morning, not processed through a door.
No comparison culture. Progress is measured against a child's own starting point.
One consistent team. Familiar faces day to day, which is what makes small children feel safe.
Parents inside the loop. Daily reports, monthly menus and themes, quarterly assessments — through the app, not through hearsay.
An open space. Glass walls and nine open stations mean supervision is never blind.

Health & safety

Looking after every child

The three things parents ask us about first, answered plainly.

Cameras throughout

The entire nursery is monitored by cameras to help ensure your child's safety and well-being at all times. For the privacy and protection of all our children and staff, the footage is not accessible remotely or online; it can only be viewed on site. If you would ever like to see any footage, we warmly welcome you to come in, and we'll be happy to review it together with you.

A doctor every week

A qualified pediatrician conducts weekly health check-ups for every child, and remains on call for any additional needs that may arise. All check-up updates are recorded and made available through the app, ensuring parents have continuous access to their child's health information.

A speech therapist on hand

A speech therapist is available for children who need support with language and speech, working with our team and with parents.

Ratios

How many adults to how many children

Ratios are the clearest single measure of the attention a child actually receives, so we publish ours openly. Groups are kept small on purpose.

Graduating classes since 2014

Every year since 2014, a Super Kidz class has put on the cap and gown and moved on to big school. 220 children have graduated from us so far. Many of their younger brothers and sisters are with us now — which is the compliment we are proudest of.

The practical details

Ages & terms

4 months to 4 years, plus an after-school programme up to 9 years. We also run summer camp and programmes during the spring and winter breaks.

Languages & Quran

Arabic, English and French, plus Quran — part of the daily rhythm rather than separate lessons.

Working hours

Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Extra hour available 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Our space

300 m² holding nine open, connected stations: antibacterial and anti-shock floors, glass walls, good lighting and ventilation, and three toilets — one for girls, one for boys and one for staff.
